Mountain View Estates suffered through the devastating Angora Fire back in 2007. More than 250 homes burned to the ground. Since then this neighborhood, a few miles out Lake Tahoe Blvd from the South Tahoe “Y,” has experienced an unprecedented renaissance with hundreds of new luxury and family homes boasting sunny lots and outstanding mountain views (even better than before the fire!)
